Aims and Scope

AIM

Ravian Journal of Plant Sciences (RJPS) aims to provide an international, peer-reviewed, open-access platform for the dissemination of high-quality original research and scholarly contributions across the basic and applied fields of plant sciences. The journal seeks to advance scientific knowledge, encourage interdisciplinary research, and promote the application of plant science research in biodiversity conservation, environmental sustainability, agriculture, biotechnology, and related biological sciences.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of RJPS are to:

  1. Publish high-quality original research articles, review articles, research notes, and short communications in plant sciences and related disciplines.
  2. Promote basic, applied, and interdisciplinary research addressing contemporary issues in plant biology, biodiversity, ecology, biotechnology, environmental sciences, and associated fields.
  3. Facilitate the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge among researchers, academicians, students, and relevant professionals at national and international levels.
  4. Encourage research that contributes to the documentation, conservation, and sustainable utilization of plant, fungal, and microbial diversity.
  5. Support research employing both classical and modern approaches, including morphological, ecological, biochemical, molecular, biotechnological, and genomic techniques.
  6. Maintain scientific quality, research integrity, and ethical publishing practices through rigorous peer review and editorial oversight.
